Besoland was established in Changzhou, Jiangsu - one of
China's most concentrated agricultural machinery manufacturing
corridors.We operate our own 18,000 m² factory with in-house
laser cutting . cnc bending . welding . painting and assembly
lines.

Our professional design engineering team boasts extensive
experience in the development of advanced vegetation
maintenance equipment. Leveraging Solidworks 3D design
technology. we complete full virtual modeling and structural
optimization for all machinery before manufacturing precision
prototypes for rigorous testing.

How We Build

Manufacturing process

Rotor shaft balancing

The rotor shaft is the core component of a flail mower.
Each rotor shaft must pass a balance test,which is
conducted at speeds of up to 2,300 RPM. A shaft is
considered if the dynamic balance error is within 20g.
Laser cutting and cnc bending

Using advanced laser cutting machines for blanking
and bending, our sheet metal forming dimensions
strictly comply with ISO 2768-mk.
Welding

We use welding fixtures to ensure product
consistency and inspect weld width and penetration
in accordance with our archived welding procedure
specifications.
Painting

Use shot blasting to remove scale and oil
contamination, followed by a powder coating process
for surface treatment,DFT measured per unit: target ≥
80 μm.
Assembly

Following standardized procedures, we assemble the
transmission system, flail assembly, hitch mechanism
and safety guards in sequence. Every connection and
fitting is strictly inspected to ensure perfect
cooperation of all components and overall structural
stability.

Besoland's manufacturing processes adhere to the

quality team tests every machine, and only those that
pass inspection are shipped to ensure high-quality
